Do you offer in person and virtual therapy?

Yes! We welcome in person sessions at our location at 1500 N. Kings Hwy, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. We also offer virtual sessions to New Jersey residents.

What insurances do you accept?

We are currently out of network. Completing credentialing with Aetna, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare, and expect to be in network October 2026.

What does a session look like?

A therapy session is a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. We create an atmosphere is designed to be calm and inviting, whether the session is in person or via telehealth. It is a time dedicated just to the client, free from distractions.

What type of therapy do you offer?

At 8 Point Counseling, we customize treatment plans based on each client's individual needs. Treatment plans include but are not limited to using modalities based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Informed Care, Person-Centered, and Psychoanalytic.

Where do I go for my in-person appointment?

Our sessions are located at 1500 N. Kings Hwy. Look for a gray and white building. Parking on the side of the building that can be accessed on W. Ormond Ave. Once you park, walk in the door label B, and up the stairs to the second floor. At the top of the steps, enter the door on your right, Suite 207. Once there, have a seat and wait for your therapist to come out and meet you! We can't wait to see you soon!

Do you accept Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits?

Yes! If you are looking to use an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), please contact us. If we are not already contracted with your EAP, we are willing to contract with any provider so you can use your benefits. Call 856-437-0455 or send a message through our contact page and we will get it set up.
