Insurance and Payment

We are currently out of network. We are completing credentialing with Aetna, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare, and expect to be in network October 2026.

 

Our out-of-network rate is $160 per session.

 

If you are looking to use an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), please contact us. If we are not already contracted with your EAP, we are willing to contract with any provider so you can use your benefits.
